We work together with DPD/ Post NL for the shipment of the packages.
They aim for delivery within 2 or 3 working days for Belgium, the Netherlands and large parts of Germany. (Monday to Friday with exception of weekend and holidays) Unfortunately we can not guarantee that DPD/ Post NL always succeeds to deliver within these days, so keep in mind that the delivery time can vary. We are not responsible for late delivery packages.
If there is no one present to receive the package, a note will be left or an email will be send to pick up the package at a parcel shop. To be sure of a smooth delivery after you were not at home, you should contact DPD/ Post NL yourself to discuss what needs to be done with your package. The data can be found on the note that DPD/ Post NL leaves you in the bus if they can not deliver the package.
If your package get returned to us due to and error of the receiver, there will be returns costs.
(for example : when the package has been refused by the receiver , ...)
Unfortunatly the receiver must pay for these return costs (€14.95) .
